This walkthrough deals with Digimon Online as it is after Galacticmon's defeat. See a Digimon World 3 walkthrough to get to this point. This walkthrough is written by me, Ampharos. Credits ********************************************************************** 1) Walkthrough -------------- After defeating Galacticmon and watching an FMV of his destruction, you will find yourself in Kusanagi City. After waiting for Teddy and Ivy you return to the newly renovated Digimon Online, now run by Kurt (Lucky Mouse) and his new company. This is a trial run, before it officially opens, and so you can only go to the Central and East sectors of Amaterasu Server. You will notice a lot of Digimon patrolling. Partly because their original sectors are not up yet, but mainly because they are helping to guard Digimon Online against evil. Go to either the Protocol Ruins, Qing Long City or Tyranno Valley to find the 4 Leaders. 2 of them are in the Protocol Ruins, one of them where Pharohmon was and the other where you originally saw the Seryuu Leader. In Tyranno Valley a leader is where Mastertyrannomon or BK Imperialdramon were, and in Qing Long City a leader is in exactly the same place as the leaders before. You will be informed that you must find the 5 Strongest Epic Items if you wish to challenge them. Go to El Dorado in Amaterasu City to find out that the Epic Items are made by the Armor Corps. They are found on the circuit board and only powerful tamers can use the items. It is possible to get these weapons before defeating Galacticmon. There are four stages to getting them. These four stages are listed below. Their locations BEFORE Galacticmon are stated here. Level one: Obtain in Asuka Defeat MasterTyranno to get the Old Claw Defeat Datamon to get the Rusty Gloves Defeat HiAndromon to get the Rusty Rifle Defeat Pharoahmon to get the Old Wand Defeat Zanbamon to get the Rusty Katana Note: The first three you have to defeat, but as for Pharohmon and Zanbamon, I don't know if the game commands that you defeat them if you didn't fight them on your first chance. If it doesn't, and you have not defeated them by the time you defeat Galacticmon, I don't know what happens. If this is the case I assume they will be found somewhere on the circuit board. It would be pretty stupid if it was impossible to finish the game because of not beating them. Level two: Forge in Amaterasu If you have the digimon Kotemon, you will need Rusty Katana and Onimaru. Take these to Ether Jungle (South), Kabukimon makes Kotetsu If you have the digimon Monmon, you will need Rusty Rifle and Cluster Cannon, then go to Zhu Que UG Lake (South). Shurimon makes Justice If you have the digimon Kumamon, you will need Rusty Gloves and Kaiser fist. Then go to the Catacomb (South). Nohemon makes the Zodiac. If you have the digimon Agumon, Veemon or Guilmon, you will need the Old Claw and Saber Fang. Take these to Shadramon to forge the ???. For Agumon, go to the Sewers (West). For Veemon go to Protocol Forest (Central). For Guilmon go to Shell Beach (Central). If you have Patamon or Renamon you need the Old Wand and Khakkhara. Take these to Ponchomon to forge the Twinkle. For Patamon, go to Protocol Ruins (Central). For Renamon go to Mirage Tower (West). Level Three: Forge in Amaterasu If you have Kotemon, you will need the weapons Tenjinmaru and Kotetsu. Take these to the Secret Room (Kurt's Hideout in West Sector) and find the Digimon Yashamon, he will make you Masamune. If you have Monmon, you will need the weapons Justice and Laser Cannon. Go to the Mirage tower (West) and find the Digimon Sagitarimon, he will make you Judgment. If you have Kumamon, you will need the weapons Zodiac and Tempest Arm. Look in the Seabeds and find the digimon Seehomon, he will make you Prominence. If you have Agumon, Guilmon, Veemon, you will need the Vanquish and Venom Fang. Look for Depthmon in the seabeds and he will make you Destruction. If you have Patamon or Renamon you will need the Twinkle and Crystal Rod. Go to Kulon Mine (Patamon) or Legendary Gym (Renamon) (North). Find the digimon Konogumon, he will make you the Immaculate. Finally, Level Four: Forge my MetalEtemon (Kulon Pit), either Server Note: It is important to make these weapons in the order that they are here. Otherwise MetalEtemon will not forge them. Belial Fang and Destruction make the weapon called Invincible. Millenium and Immaculate make the weapon called Eternally Raijin Fist and Prominence combine to make Super Nova. Suijin Cannon and Judgment combine to make Punishment. Fuujin Blade and Masamune combine to make Muramasa. If, however, you did not bother upgrading these weapons, like myself, then you must do so now. I can only assume that this is what the Armour corps do/does. If you have partly upgraded them, then I guess certain parts of this may be skipped. If you fully upgraded them, then I assume that you may battle the leaders immediately. As I said, I did not upgrade the weapons before Galacticmon. I have searched the Circuit Board fully, as well as the seabeds, and everywhere else, but have so far had no luck with finding them. I can only assume that this is because my Digimon are not strong enough. After all, Ponchomon does state that the Armour Corps only work for strong trainers. My highest Digimon, Kotemon and Renamon, were at level 55 when I searched the Circuit board, so I guess I have some training to do before I may continue my search. To be continued as soon as I find them... Note: I apologise for all the assumptions, if anybody can verify or correct them then please let me know, you will get the credit for it. If anybody knows the locations of the armour corps, the level that the digimon need to be to find them, or what happens next, then also please let me know. *********************************************************************** 2) Cards -------- 2.1 Secret Cards ---------------- The secret cards are as follows: Sacred Spear - Put all non-white digimon into trash can Tidal Wave - Return all non-blue digimon back to each hand Wield Aura - +50 to all own Green Digimon Card's AP & HP* Volcanic Cannon - 60 Damage to all non-red Digimon Darkness Gale - Put all non-black cards in opponent's hand to trash Delete Matrix - Put all Digimon into trash can Fortune Gate - Exchange the total AP and HP of both players** Misery Gate - Pick 3 Cards from opponent's Deck to trash can Desire Access - Put whole hand in trash and draw 6 cards from deck Anti-Power - Reduce all S-Energy to zero Rosemon II 0/0 AP & HP become 20x number of your Digimon in the field MarineAngemon 10/10 Add 10x the number of Cards in your hand to AP & HP Saberleomon 10/10 Add 20x the number of Cards in trash can to AP & HP Gryphonmon 0/0 AP & HP become 10x number of Digimon in all the fields Creepymon 10/10 Add 10x the number of Cards in trash can to AP & HP * The information on Wield Aura states that it adds 50 to all your OWN green digimon's AP and HP. It actually also affects opponents digimon. **The Fortune Gate will take effect at the beginning of the battle phase, after everything else. Any combos will happen before the AP and HP's are switched. Each of these can only be got once in the entire game. If you collected any of these in their previous locations, before Galacticmon, I can only assume that they cannot be collected again. If you go down either of the three holes near the Plug Cape entrance (2 in Central Park near Plug Cape and the 1 in Plug Cape near Central Park) and walk around, you will find some BK Agumon, Numemon and MetalEtemon to Card Battle. If you defeat one of them, they will give you one of the cards listed above, but only once, as well as a booster pack. Be warned that they will more than likely use that card to make it difficult to beat them. The Circuit Board is a total maze, and you probably wont get all the Secret cards in one go, unless you normally retrace a path over and over just to make sure you havent missed a path. The 3 holes are all joined, so it doesn't really matter which one you go down. All digimon that give you cards are on parts of the Circuit Board which looks roughly like this: | | | | | | | | | | | |------| | | | ---| |--------| |------| C| | | | | | C | |--| | |-----| | | | | | | |---| | | -------| C | | | | | | | | -------------- | | | | | | | | | | | | | |-------------------| | | | |----------| |-------------- | | | | | | | | C=Possible Location of Card-battle Digimon This screen is repeated a lot through this section of the circuit board, and you will only ever find ONE digimon on a certain screen. If the screen that you are on does not look like the one above (sort of), then there are no cardsters on that screen. For a complete map of this area of the circuit board, go to www.flamedramonsdigisite.homestead.com/files/cardmap.jpg This map is also drawn by me. Because the sizes are not accurate, some areas do not fit on where they should be. In these cases, a curved line joins the two screen pieces. It shouldn't be too hard to follow it. *********************************************************************** 2.2 Cardmon Booster locations ----------------------------- The Cardmon in different areas give different booster packs to what they did before, so here is a list of locations and Cardmon boosters. All packs 1b through 15b can be found in the Central and East sectors. By location ----------- Location | Kicking Trees | Fishing ------------------------------------------------- Amaterasu City | None | 1b Central Park | 9b | 4b Plug Cape | 8b | 5b Shell Beach | 2b | 2b Wire Forest Entrance | 3b | 3b West Wire Forest | 10b | 14b East Wire Forest | 11b | None Divermon's Lake | 12b | 6b Wind Prairy | 13b | None Kicking Forest | 15b | 7b ------------------------------------------------- By booster ---------- Booster | Location ---------------------------------------------------------- 1b | Amaterasu City, Fishing 2b | Shell Beach, Trees or Fishing 3b | Wire Forest Entrance, Trees or Fishing 4b | Central Park, Fishing 5b | Plug Cape, Fishing 6b | Divermon's Lake, Fishing 7b | Kicking Forest, Fishing 8b | Plug Cape, Trees 9b | Central Park, Trees 10b | West Wire Forest, Trees 11b | East Wire Forest, Trees 12b | Divermon's Lake, Trees 13b | Wind Prairy, Trees 14b | West Wire Forest, Fishing 15b | Kicking Forest, Trees ---------------------------------------------------------- As well as the Cardmon, you can also get cards from the people there. Almost every person around will challenge you to a Card Battle if you talk to them a second time. You will either get a booster back which ends in 'a' (rather than 'b' as above), or a rare booster (R-01 to R-05). Everybody who will fight you once will fight you repeatedly, so you can get a lot of cards this way. *********************************************************************** 2.3 Duel Island --------------- Not much to say here really, except that there are tamers waiting to duel you. Take them out one by one in Card Battle, same as before, and face the card King, who is none other than Keith! Defeat him in Card Battle and you get the KoC Trophy, as proof that you beat the Card King. Not much else to say really. *********************************************************************** 3) Credits ---------- 1) Bandai, for making the game 2) Me, for writing this walkthough, and collecting all the information first-hand (unless stated)
