Replace the XX in the Level Modifier
Digimon World 2: HexaDecimal Values-Decimal Values
OK this is simple. The number on the left (the hexadecimal) is the 
number you enter in the cheat. The decimal value on the right is the
level your digimon will become (in the level modifier cheat).  For
example, if you want your digimon to become level 70, look below, and
you will find that you have to enter 46. For 75 it is 4B, and so on.
